Food

We take three days rations for each person in the bag. Your personal selection of food is up to you. However we take a mixture of dry food stuff and dehydrated meals that you add hot water to make. Some people preach against the dehydrated meals, but if you buy a quality brand you will find they actually taste pretty good (although look pretty awful). People’s main concern is that you have to use your water to cook them. I say that the water is entering your body anyway so I don’t see the problem if you are just drinking or putting the liquid into food.
